1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Videosays, including videosays.com, dashboard, API, command line tools, and agent skill integrations. Videosays is operated by Hangzhou Weigou Future Technology Co., Ltd..
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service
Videosays provides video-to-text, transcription, summary, export, API, and agent workflow features. Service availability, supported platforms, and processing quality may vary based on source video accessibility, audio quality, platform restrictions, and third-party provider availability.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit video links or media for processing.
3. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including API and agent skill usage.
We may suspend or restrict accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, violate these Terms, or create operational risk.
4. Credits, Billing, and Payment
Videosays uses prepaid transcription credits measured in minutes. Credits are purchased once and can be used across the web app, API, and supported agent skill workflows unless otherwise stated.
Credits do not automatically renew. Multiple purchases may accumulate. Paid orders are processed by payment providers such as Creem for international payments and local payment processors for mainland China payments.
Available products, prices, currencies, and payment methods may differ by billing market. Language selection does not change your billing market.
5. Usage and Refund Rules
Credits are deducted based on processed video duration or the applicable service rules shown at checkout or in the product interface.
If a system processing failure occurs before usable results are produced, credits may be returned automatically. If processing fails because a source link is private, expired, inaccessible, restricted by the platform, or submitted without proper rights, credits may not be returned.
Except where required by law, completed purchases and consumed credits are non-refundable. For payment issues, duplicate charges, or enterprise billing questions, contact us at wegofuture@126.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Videosays to process unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or privacy-violating content. You may not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, resell unauthorized access, bypass rate limits, or use the service to violate third-party platform terms.
API and automated agent usage must remain within documented limits and fair-use expectations.
7. User Content and Output
You retain your rights in content you submit and outputs generated for your account. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, transmit, and display submitted links, task records, transcript results, and related metadata to provide the service.
You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs. Transcripts and summaries may contain errors and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
8. Third-Party Services
Videosays relies on third-party infrastructure, authentication, payment, media, and speech recognition providers. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions, policy changes, or source platform access restrictions.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, exact transcription accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
