1. Prepaid Credits
Videosays sells prepaid transcription credits measured in minutes. Credits are purchased once and can be used for supported web, API, CLI, and agent workflows.
Credits do not automatically renew and are not a subscription unless a future plan explicitly says otherwise.
2. When Credits May Be Returned
If a system processing failure occurs before a usable transcript is produced, the reserved credits for that task may be returned automatically.
If you believe credits were deducted incorrectly, contact us with your account email, task ID, order ID, and a short description of the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Except where required by law, completed purchases and consumed credits are non-refundable.
Credits may not be returned when a task fails because the submitted content is private, expired, inaccessible, region-restricted, removed by the source platform, or submitted without the right to process it.
4. Payment Issues
For duplicate charges, failed checkout, incorrect billing, or enterprise billing questions, contact us at wegofuture@126.com.
Payment method refunds, where approved, may take additional time depending on the payment provider and banking network.
