Videosays is operated by Hangzhou Weigou Future Technology Co., Ltd.. We provide video-to-text, transcription, API, and agent workflow services through videosays.com and related interfaces.

When you use the service, we process video links, submitted URLs, task status, transcript results, detected platform information, duration, usage records, and error logs needed to provide the service.

For payments, we store order records such as product code, amount, currency, payment provider, order status, and transaction metadata. Card or wallet details are processed by payment providers such as Creem or local payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
