Videosays is operated by Hangzhou Wego Future Technology Co., Ltd.. We provide video-to-text, transcription, API, and agent workflow services through videosays.com and related interfaces.

We may collect account information such as email address, authentication identifiers, profile records, API-key hashes and prefixes, billing market, and account activity. Newly created API-key secrets are shown once and are not retained in plaintext.

When you use the service, we process submitted public video links, task status, transcript results, detected platform information, duration, usage records, and error logs needed to provide transcription and text workflow features.

For collection or creator-page transcription, we temporarily process public source-page metadata and video-list metadata such as creator name, title, cover, publication time, duration, and media candidates. Source videos or transcripts may contain names, voices, likenesses, or other information about third parties; you must submit them only when you have a lawful basis.

For payments, we store order records such as product code, amount, currency, payment provider, order status, and transaction metadata. Card or wallet details are processed by third-party payment providers or local payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

We may also receive technical data including IP-derived country, browser language, time zone, browser user agent, device information, cookies, and security logs.

If you connect a WeChat Official Account, we store a keyed hash of the account-specific WeChat identifier, binding status, one-time code status, submitted link state, and the resulting task reference. We do not store the raw WeChat identifier, raw callback XML, or plaintext binding code.

We use information to create and secure accounts, process transcription tasks, calculate and deduct usage credits, provide API access, complete payment orders, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.

We may use country, browser language, time zone, or other region signals to initialize the correct market, currency, payment method, and tax or payment flow.

We use cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, attribution and product analytics, pending transcription recovery, payment-flow continuity, and user-interface state such as dismissed notices or draft selections. Analytics providers are PostHog, Ahrefs Analytics, and, when configured, Google Analytics 4. You can clear browser data, but this may sign you out or discard unfinished local workflow state.

We share information only as needed to operate the service, including with infrastructure providers, authentication services, payment providers, analytics providers, and media-processing providers.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account, billing, credit, and task records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.

Unused WeChat binding codes expire after 15 minutes, and their pending links are removed. Submitted links are removed from the integration inbox after task creation, while minimal deduplication and status records may be retained for up to 30 days.

Collection and creator-page source previews can be used to select videos and create a new batch for up to two hours. Media candidates supplied by the source provider may expire independently; an existing task may resolve the corresponding public video again when needed. Transcript and task records follow the longer retention described above unless deletion is required or requested and no legal exception applies.

You may contact us to request deletion of your account or personal information. Some records may be retained where required for billing, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

To report personal information, privacy, copyright, or other rights concerns in submitted content, email wegofuture@126.com with the relevant source URL and enough information for us to locate and review the material.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys confidential.

Your information may be processed in regions where our service providers operate. By using Videosays, you understand that data may be transferred and processed outside your country or region.

Videosays is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
